Any guesses at the movie? If not, don't feel bad, it's not a very popular line. The movie is True Grit.
True Grit is all about a young girl who wants to avenge her father. Now you could say, "Well she could just pick up a hand gun if she got the license and pop him" The only problem is, it takes place in the old west and that was not going to work for a 14 year old girl.
This fact did not stop her from hiring someone else to do the deed, however. If you ever see this movie, you'll find out very quickly just how keen this girl is on everything law, and with that knowledge, she is able to get people to do what she wants.
The movie's script does not disappoint, and conversations that take place always make you want to smile by how well they're written. Another Coen brother's movie that comes out perfect; not too shocking, I know, but this western differs from that of No Country For Old Men. It goes back in time a little more.
I didn't like No Country For Old Men all that much, but script/casting of this movie was perfect, which just fills me with warmth.
